TMI manages many companies. They prepare, manage, and measure DEI Assessments to provide actionable steps over the next 18 months for each company. They currently facilitate this by giving each organization a huge paper packet as a field guide. This current manual solution is a frustrating experience for their customers, and it's unscalable for TMI.

We created a tool that translates unconscious bias metrics and goals to the organization’s executive and leadership teams. This tool facilitates training sessions and workshops and provides DEI insights and Jobs-To-Be-Done recommendations detailing the next 18 months.
We created a tool that translates unconscious bias metrics and goals to the organization’s executive and leadership teams. This tool facilitates training sessions and workshops and provides DEI insights and Jobs-To-Be-Done recommendations detailing the next 18 months.

End-to-End Design
We built out the entire product spec. I focused on the art-direction and product design, where I prototyped out each UI flow for the business, development teams, and future investor stakeholders. Given the complexity of the needs, there were plenty of design challenges, but we prioritized tradeoffs effectively. Once overall flows and views were agreed upon, I broke out every designed element and component into an atomic design structure.

Once Design Systems have been designed and documented, I prefer to be pretty hands-on with its implementation and management. I recommend using something like Storybook, Styleguidist depending on what code stack we decide works best with the designs.

Delivered and QA’d a digital product in under three months. We saved the consultancy group time and a lot of money on upfront and long-term development costs with designs and specs. At the end of the day, we elevated their brand to be taken seriously.
